(All measurements are approximate)
leaves of 3 stalks – Kale
1 handful – Spinach
1 1/2 c. – Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
2 – Dates
2 T. – Flax Meal
1-2 T – Almond butter
8 oz. – Vanilla Almond milk
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Note that you can add additional almond milk to yield the thickness you prefer. Also, any berry could be used in place of the blueberries.
This green drink is a great start to the day.
